These terms and conditions form a legal agreement between gt999 and its members. These terms apply to the use of services provided through the gt999 website, mobile application or any other digital channel.

By accessing the gt999 platform, you confirm that you have fully read and understood these terms and agree to abide by them. If you do not agree with any term, please refrain from using this platform.

These terms are drawn up in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh, and the applicable laws of Bangladesh will be followed in resolving any dispute.

2.1 Registration Requirements

To register with gt999, the following conditions must be met:

• The applicant must be 21 years of age or older.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be true, accurate and complete.
• Each person may open only one account. Multiple accounts by the same person are prohibited.
• Residents of countries or regions where online betting or gambling is completely prohibited may not register.
• The user must have their own active mobile number and email address.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

gt999 reserves the right to verify a member's identity at any time. Identity documents, proof of address or other documents may be requested. Failure to cooperate with verification may result in the withdrawal process being temporarily suspended.

2.3 Accuracy of Registration Information

If any information provided at the time of registration is found to be false or misleading, gt999 may immediately close the relevant account and reserves the right to forfeit the balance of that account.

Each member is fully responsible for the security of their own account. Keeping the username and password confidential is solely the member's responsibility.

3.1 Password Protection

• Never share your password with anyone.
• Use a strong and complex password — a combination of numbers, uppercase and lowercase letters, and special characters.
• You are advised to change your password regularly.
• If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, notify gt999 customer support immediately.

3.2 Account Transfer Prohibited

A gt999 account is strictly personal. Selling, transferring or renting the account, credits or balance to a third party is strictly prohibited. If such activity is proven, the account will be closed.

3.3 All Activity from the Account

The member is responsible for all betting, gaming and financial transactions carried out from their account. gt999 will not be liable for any use, whether authorised or unauthorised.

4.1 Deposit Methods

gt999 accepts bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank and other major commercial banks) for deposits. The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 for each method.

4.2 Withdrawal Methods

The same methods apply for withdrawals — bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800, and the process is generally completed within 1 hour.

4.3 General Deposit and Withdrawal Terms

• The method and name used for deposits must match the method and name used for withdrawals.
• Depositing from a third-party account or withdrawing to a third-party account is prohibited.
• Large withdrawals may be held until the account's identity has been verified.
• Withdrawals cannot be made until the bonus wagering requirement has been fully completed.
• If a deposit is made without any basis or with false information and a withdrawal is attempted without any betting activity, the account may be suspended.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

A 120% bonus is available on the first deposit at gt999, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 gives a bonus of ৳1,200, bringing the balance to ৳2,200, and the wagering required is ৳1,200 × 20 = ৳24,000.

5.2 Other Promotions

gt999 runs multiple promotions from time to time, notable among them:

• gt999 Weekly Reload Bonus: Up to 30% bonus, maximum ৳8,000, wagering 18x, minimum deposit ৳300.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• Each promotion has its own eligibility conditions, which are stated on that promotion's page.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless specifically stated in the promotion's terms.
• If a bonus is intentionally misused or any strategic irregularity is detected, gt999 reserves the right to cancel the bonus.
• gt999 reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel any promotion.

6.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets will be considered valid only after they have been technically confirmed. gt999 reserves the right to cancel bets accepted as a result of any technical error related to odds, lines or events.

6.2 Event Cancellation and Suspension

If a match is cancelled before it begins, the stake for that event's bets will be refunded. If a match is cancelled or suspended after it has started, a decision will be made in accordance with gt999's own rules.

6.3 Maximum Bet Limits

Maximum bet limits are set for different events and markets. gt999 reserves the right to change these limits without notice. Bets above the set limit will not be possible.

6.4 Cricket and Other Sports Betting

7.1 Slots and RNG Games

gt999's slots and Random Number Generator (RNG) games run on internationally tested technology. The result of each round is completely independent and does not depend on previous rounds.

7.2 Live Casino

The live casino section offers games from Evolution, Pragmatic Play Live, Ezugi and other reputable providers. Bet amounts in live baccarat, roulette and other games must be kept within the specified table limits.

7.3 Technical Issues

If the internet connection is lost during a game or a game stops mid-way due to a technical reason, the data stored on the gt999 server will be considered final. gt999's decision on this matter is final.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on gt999:

• Creating accounts strategically to obtain bonus benefits or using another person's account.

9.1 gt999's Rights

gt999 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any member's account at any time, for any reason or without reason. This step is generally taken when there is a security investigation, suspected breach of terms or possibility of fraud.

9.2 Member's Own Request to Close Account

Any member may request to close their account on their own. Contact the support team via live chat or email. You are advised to withdraw any eligible balance before the account is closed.

9.3 Self-Exclusion
